suggested, I am confident that the sanitation of the Colony, which is of supreme import- ance to its welfare, will rapid- ly be improved and that the friction which has arisen ~ frequently between the Dani- tary Board and the Government and between the Sanitary Board and the public will be lessen- ed if not altogether avoided.
